Cognitive Distortions and Deep Relaxation

One wonders how are these related if at all. Often when we modify our wiring and energetic flows from their original intended harmonious state to different one by our choice making. That results an obstruction occurs inside our human system. Eventually these not addressed obstructions may turn into a form of dis-ease. Deep Relaxation is a form to connect to an awareness, and state of being that gets us outside of the level of awareness that created the distorted and obstructive thinking process. Hence, Deep Relaxation techniques are significantly effective in the healing process whether it is physical, mental, emotional or combination of these.

I am offering two events later this month to cover both.

In one I will be delivering deeper insight into cognitive process. This webinar is helpful whether you are a coach, therapist or taking the seminar to understand your thinking patterns.

And the Deep Relaxation and Somatic Release Experience to offer freedom from some of the distorted patterning. This is a deeply relaxing experience for anyone to enjoy without any prior meditation practice.
