Coaching with Precision and Mastery Mentor Session
This highly interactive session is designed to teach masterful coaching. Regardless of your credential level, Tijen will teach you how to arrive at mastery with demonstrations and in the moment feedback.
In the first part of the session the participants will interact with Tijen asking their mentoring questions and receiving her guidance. In the second part of the session, participants will experience a group coaching of an attendee to practice coaching and to receive Tijen’s in the moment feedback. Participants enhance their skills both from the art and science of coaching perspectives while practicing coaching under Tijen’s mentoring. During the practice, Tijen will point out the techniques that might be helpful during the coaching inquiry. Sessions would include ICF Competencies.
