Empty Nesting Group Coaching is a Six- Session workshop that supports parents whose children have left or will soon be leaving home. At this moment in life, there can be a sense that one’s identity has been connected to child rearing for so long that there’s a wondering of what comes next. And who am I?
In each of our engaging group sessions, participants will experience an intimate space to share and be heard about topics related to empty nesting. In the spirit of exploration and discovery, all group members will have the opportunity to discuss issues that will help them reflect on the changes happening and gain clarity on this new stage of life.
Jennifer, an experienced transformational wellness coach, will offer a discussion format where participants have the space to uncover and speak their authenticity and be heard. Due to the small group environment, participants will have many opportunities to support and inspire each other.
We will explore a different topic each month:

  • Month 1: What does empty nesting mean to me?
  • Month 2: Re-discovering who you are post child rearing
  • Month3 : What brings you joy?
  • Month 4: What do you value? And, what do you have to offer the world?
  • Month 5: Connecting with your adult kids in new ways.
  • Month 6: Enjoying new freedoms and flexibility of time.

Come to this workshop to receive the support you may need through the empty nesting process. This workshop will be facilitated by Jennifer James, ACC.
