Session Structure

Saturdays, 11:00–1:00 PM EST, September 26- October 24

Each session includes a 120-minute guided journey, followed by symbolic, interpretive, and reflective time with Tijen and classmates.

This workshop is open to all — no prior experience with meditation, active imagination, or guided inner work is needed. The environment is gentle, supportive, and designed for personal growth.

  • Apollo — Journey 3: Connect with the Archetype of Healing and awaken ancient inner wisdom.

  • Asclepius — Journey 4: Receive a healing dream within the Dream Chambers of the temple.

  • The Winged Serpent — Journey 5: Travel with the Caduceus, symbol of transformation and renewal.
