Group Mentor Coaching for Precision and Mastery
Sessions are held on Thursdays from 1:30 pm – 3:00 pm EST.
Package of five – 90 minutes Group Mentor Coaching Sessions.
Group Mentor Coaching for Coaching with Precision and Mastery is a program that covers the ICF Core Competencies in-depth and helps you enhance your coaching capabilities. The program is designed and led by Tijen Genco, MCC, ACTC, and NBC-HWC, who has trained in the ICF’s ACC and MCC BARS, PCC Markers Assessment Systems and is an active ICF Assessor. She brings her strength and understanding of the competencies into this coach development program, which aims to advance your coaching skills in the art and science of coaching while earning CEUs. The program accommodates different adult learning styles and needs.
The program consists of monthly group mentor coaching sessions with optional homework assignments, each lasting 1.5 hours. By completing the program, you will earn up to 6 group mentor coaching hours and 10 approved CCEs (6 for class participation and 4 for homework submissions).
Mentor coaching will boost your competence, confidence, professional credibility, and coaching practice growth. This program is ideal for you if you want to:
- Learn masterful coaching from a coach with various mastery skill sets, such as an ICF Master Certified Coach, Advanced Certified Team Coach, Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, experienced mentor coach, ICF portfolio assessor, and academic coach educator.
- Receive immediate feedback on your coaching skills.
- Gain new confidence and expertise through self-reflection, observation, and practice.
- Experience complimentary coaching from the group participants under the supervision and guidance of the mentor coach.
There is a Virtual Classroom environment. Optional deepening practice assignments are part of this learning package that supports coach development. Participant reflections on these assignments create greater self-awareness and improve the coach’s ability to listen to clients skillfully, overcome unsupportive patterns, and facilitate clients’ transformation more effectively.
Upon completing the program, attendees will have up to six group mentor coaching hours and ten approved CCEs for ICF. NBHWC CEUs are subject to the petition process.
This class is limited to 10 participants. It often fills out quickly and will be closed for registration once we reach this capacity. It is first come, first served.
