This session is a key to the success of the entire engagement as well as coach’s ability to have ethical and thriving business.
In this session, Tijen will review the key elements of the chemistry session, whether it is hosted for the individual clients or the sponsored client engagements. Tijen will share best practices to understand the needs of the entire engagement for the engaged parties, core components to cover and also to understand client’s coachability.
This two hour session will have three sections: Best practices thought by Tijen, group practice and learning integration.
