There is a silence, stillness and timelessness prior to creation. In the moments of creativity we are connected to our most authentic selves, our divinity. Yet, our fears come for a visit about the things we are creating, we start to project into the future or past and loose the focus and peace. Presence in the now, and creativity are very much linked together. Re-cognition of this understanding could be a key to unlock the potential of either need. I often bring this understanding into my coaching sessions, whether I am working with high-power #executive, highly in need of #stressrelief and #mindfulness or a excessively analytical person lost their connection to creativity.
Wishing you highly creative, peaceful moments all around…
