Announcing The Comprehensive Coaching Taxonomy

Generative & Regenerative Pathways for High‑Resolution Transformation

A New Architecture for Mastery

For years, I have observed coaches reach the natural limits of existing competency models — even becoming trapped within them — not because they lacked dedication or skill, but because the frameworks themselves could not hold the full depth of masterful coaching. Again and again, I saw practitioners striving for something more nuanced, more relational, more perceptually attuned than the current language of the field could describe.

This book emerged from that gap.

As the coaching profession matures globally, we now face a new challenge: our practice has evolved faster than our frameworks. We have competency models, credentialing pathways, and assessment rubrics — yet we still lack a structurally rigorous, developmentally coherent map that places humans in the front of what coaching mastery actually is, how it unfolds, and how it can be taught, mentored, and assessed with clarity.

Today, I am honored to share that this missing architecture now exists.

Introducing The Comprehensive Coaching Taxonomy

While competency‑based rubrics provide essential benchmarks for our profession, the Comprehensive Coaching Taxonomy is the first to map the deeper landscape of mastery. It offers the missing developmental architecture that supports the progression from competent practitioner to masterful coach.

At the heart of this work is a three‑dimensional model:

  • Generative Dimension — the inquiry‑based capacities that catalyze new awareness, insight, and meaning‑making. This dimension reveals the cognitive, relational, and perceptual shifts that differentiate transformative inquiry from routine questioning.
  • Regenerative Dimension — the reflective capacities that sustain and deepen change over time. This includes recursive learning, integration, and the internal architecture clients need for ongoing self‑directed development.
  • Relational Dynamics Dimension — the subtle, often invisible interplay between coach and client that creates the conditions for genuine transformation.

What makes this taxonomy distinctive is its commitment to structural precision without sacrificing practical applicability. Each dimension is mapped across clearly defined developmental levels, offering:

  • A coherent pathway for coaches advancing toward mastery and advancement in  mastery
  • A shared calibration language for mentor coaches and assessors
  • A rigorous, evidence‑informed basis for evaluating MCC‑level demonstrations
  • A scalable architecture for organizational coaching programs

This is not an abstract academic model. It is a living, applicable tool grounded in decades of MCC‑level coaching development, coach education, and organizational transformation.

Why This Matters Now

Coaching is becoming deeply embedded in organizational systems, leadership development, and enterprise‑wide culture change. As the field expands, the need for clarity, consistency, and developmental rigor has become urgent.

The Comprehensive Coaching Taxonomy provides the structural foundation our profession has been missing — a framework capable of supporting the next era of coaching excellence.

An Invitation to Be Part of the First Circle

Next week, during International Coaching Week, I will be opening this work publicly for the first time. These sessions will explore the origins of the taxonomy, its implications for advanced coaching practice, and the revolutionary concept of Genco Method High‑Resolution Coaching — a methodology that supports mastery beyond the known limitations of existing models.

If you are a coach who senses that your practice is ready for a new level of resolution, depth, and precision, I invite you to join me. These events are the earliest doorway into this lineage‑shaping work.

Upcoming Events (Choose Your Pathway)

The sessions are offered on various days and times to be inclusive of practitioners worldwide and to give you space to ask questions directly and engage with me about this advanced concept.

A New Standard for the Profession

This book is for:

  • Coaches preparing for or holding MCC credentials — or seeking to deepen their mastery after earning them
  • Mentor coaches seeking a sound developmental framework
  • Assessors evaluating coaching at the highest levels
  • Organizational leaders designing coaching architectures
  • Practitioners committed to elevating the craft

Readers will gain a structurally coherent map of mastery, practical tools for their own advancement, and a new standard of rigor that elevates the entire profession.

A Special Invitation for the First 50 Readers

As part of the book’s launch, the first 50 readers who purchase the book and register their copy will be welcomed into the Genco Inner Resolution Circle — the innermost wave of this lineage.

This circle is reserved for early readers who feel called to engage with the work at a deeper level. Members will receive:

  • A private High‑Resolution Dialogue session with me
  • Early access to emerging frameworks and developmental tools
  • Being part of a private LinkedIn Group
  • A role in shaping the first visible wave of this taxonomy’s impact
  • Recognition as foundational contributors to the lineage

After the first 50 seats are filled, the next waves — the Emerging and Emanating Resolution Circles — will open with different levels of engagement. The Inner Circle will always remain the point of origin and the closest engagement with the developmental dialogue. This is your opportunity and an invitation to be one of the first 50 to register your copy using your Amazon order confirmation number immediately after purchase.

I look forward to shaping these high‑resolution coaching waves with you as they emanate through our evolving field of mastery.
