Genco Method Needs Coaching Master Class Series
A Rare Immersion into Needs-Based Coaching Mastery
Human needs are not just psychological anchors — they are the invisible drivers of motivation, resistance, and transformation. The coach’s ability to recognize and respond to these needs is essential for facilitating sustainable change. Without this lens, even well-intentioned coaching can remain transactional or surface-level.
This intimate series invites participants into a layered experience of the Genco Method — blending structured learning with embodied practice.
It begins with a 90-minute Master Class exploring the architecture of human needs and how they shape behavior within coaching conversations.
From there, the series shifts to mentor-guided sessions, where one designated participant serves as the client, and others coach in real time under Tijen’s supervision. Each session becomes a living laboratory for attunement, discernment, and developmental precision — where needs-based awareness is practiced, refined, and integrated.
Live participation offers up to 7.5 CCEs.
The clients have already been selected for this Master Class series of mentor-guided practices. You will be signing up for this Master Class series as a participant coach for those sessions to participate in the coaching practice.
The session schedule is as follows:
Needs Coaching Master Class Monday April 6th – 10:15 -11:45 am EST
Mondays, April 6, 20, 27, and May 4 10:15-11:45 am EST
