With the sensory intake and operational system that is installed by birth we have a lot of information that is stored inside of us. With the breath and nutrition we cultivate that into some products and express it outwardly. This is often an unconscious process and we are unaware of what is inside, what we cultivate and produce…
So here are the questions for awareness:
- What is being stored inside of you?
- How do you process them?
- What is the final product of it?
- Who consumes that?
- How aligned are what you produce and offer, and what you chose to leave behind as your footprints of your life?
