Group Coaching for Clarity on the Coaching Path to Choose

New coaches often become unclear about which certification path to take, or further specialize in the form of coaching such as Professional, #Life, #Career, #Relationship, Health and Well-being, etc., as well as the sub categories within each vertical e.g.– Grievance Coaching, Life Strategies, etc. under #Life Coaching — within each domain. This creates not only pressure but also inability to define and articulate their coaching practice. Further clarifying one’s coaching path requires a connection to one’s deep desires within so that they can fuel the coaching practice and conversations.

I have a #GroupCoaching session coming up support new coaches in their decision-making process in a group environment. In a group setting participants experience further learning opportunities from one another, feel the sense of belonging and the sessions becomes more affordable.
