Mentor Coaching Sessions for March is open for registration

Thursdays, March 5 -26 – 1:30 PM EST – 3:0 PM EST

Package of four 90 minutes Mentor Coaching Sessions: These sessions are designed to enhance coaching skills of the participants, from both the art and science of coaching perspectives. Participants will practice coaching under Tijen’s mentoring. Large portion of the sessions would be dedicated to practice and during the practice, Tijen will point out the techniques that might be helpful during the coaching inquiry. Sessions would also include NBC_HWC and/or ICF Competencies covered during the practice.

There is a Virtual Classroom environment and optional, special homework assignments are also part of this learning package that is very supportive of coach development. Participant reflections on the homework create deeper levels of self-awareness and improve coach’s ability to listen to their clients at a deeper level, overcome their own cognitive distortions and support client’s transformation.

This class is limited to 15 participants. First come, first serve. It often fills out quickly and will be closed for registration once we reach to this capacity.

Upon successfully completing the program, attendees will have up to 6 group mentor coaching hours and/or 12 approved CCEs.

  1. Greetings Tijen,

I am quite sad that again I will be unable to join you all due to rehearsals, travel, and now a memorial for a co-worker that is of course on a Thursday afternoon. Especially sad to be missing sessions as February was a hard month for me and I could use the coaching and insight from you and the other students. Even listening back to sessions is helpful, I miss that too!

A question about the past group sessions I took with you from the summer and fall; will I be able to count them for sessions for ICF certification? I know I was not able to attend all of the sessions to participate so that must be taken into consideration. Was a little confused as to how that works.

And finally, I hope you are healing well since your surgery. Been thinking about you often and hoping you are doing well.

    Much loves to you –

    Sandy
