Genco Method Somatic Release Healing Session and Somatic Coach Training Info

Our life experiences impact our body-mind either consciously or unconsciously. Events such as loss of any kind, for instance a loved one, financial loss, job loss or similar; illness, fearful thoughts, accidents, and the like may result in emotional traumas. Emotional traumas create an imprint in the psyche and are reflected in our body language, posture as well as body’s expressions. In some cases, past traumas may express themselves in the form of physical symptoms such as pain, digestive challenges, hormonal imbalances, sexual or immune system dysfunctions, depression, addiction, etc. These symptoms impose instability in the Autonomic Nervous System. The influence of the traumas on the Autonomic Nervous System as well as the symptoms created because of this influence, often stay in the body-mind until the experiencer reconnects with that part of their body-mind to resolve the trauma.

I am offering a guided meditation session called Peacefulness with Tijen Genco for Somatic Release as a peaceful way of self-discovery. This session is designed as a somatic release tool, to assist you for a gentle discovery and resolution from any tension or discomfort you might have experienced.
