Genco Method Mentoring Distinction to Coaching with Mastery and Precision

Each coach’s style is unique when it is untangled from the formulated and packed from the coach education organization’s delivery. As a mentor coach and global ICF credentialing assessor, I get to review and listen to many coaches worldwide, which gives me a deeper understanding of how coaching is taught globally in coaching schools. What I understand is that the model of the world of the coaching curriculum designers is coming through in these deliveries of the training with some level of anxiety that the coaching students won’t be able to learn the content unless they say certain things in a certain way. That irons out the unique and gorgeous authenticity of each coach’s best and organic gift with its own ordained and exclusive clientele by divine design. Therefore, in my mentor coaching, I am looking for what is muted, muffled, and entangled in the wonderful human being in front of me that needs to be freed so that the power of their coaching can reach its pinnacle. Because what I see in each mentor session is that it is not the incapacity of the coach to demonstrate the competencies in coaching, the noise of the social upbringing, and the container that the coach’s education put them in. I often coach the student toward this self-re-authentication in my individual mentor sessions. In my group mentor session, I support them in expressing their true colors in a supportive, loving environment. The August Monthly Group Mentor Sessions are accepting registrations and are already halfway full. I have an opening for two individual mentoring engagements. Join me in these offerings if what I am sharing resonates with you and you wish to express your uniqueness to the world around you.
